At First Auto Credit, we take pride in our commitment to protect the confidentially and security of our customers’ nonpublic personal information.

“Nonpublic personal information” is information that we obtain in connection with providing a product or service. Such information includes, for example, account balances, income, assets, and payment history.

We may collect nonpublic information from the following sources:

Information from credit applications.
Information from credit bureaus, other creditors, employers, and landlords.

To maintain security of customer information, we restrict access to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products and services to our customers. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect customer information.

First Auto Credit, does not disclose nonpublic personal information to third parties except as permitted by federal law; specifically Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999.

The information we disclose, as described above, is to third parties that perform services on our behalf to service our customer’s account. These third parties agree to strict confidentiality provisions to assure the protection of customer information.

First Auto Credit, maintains security programs that (1) protect the security and confidentiality of customer information, (2) protect against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information, and (3) protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer of First Auto Credit.

First Auto Credit, hereby agrees that it will not use and disclose nonpublic personal information it receives from our dealers in a manner that is inconsistent with the purpose for which the information is provided.

First Auto Credit, further agrees that such information is provided solely for the benefit of our dealer as described in our purchase agreement – and that information will be used to provide services to our dealers.
